Shipping & Delivery
Every Omni order is carefully prepared and dispatched from Qatar via DHL Express, ensuring a reliable and seamless delivery experience from our studio to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.
- Discounted items and personalised pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (where applicable) are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.
