We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.
- Discounted items and personalised pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (where applicable) are non-refundable.
